Our Story

The journey began in 2006 with a vision of finding unique, luxury beauty brands that offered a natural alternative without compromise.  Our theory being, if we could find products that worked as effectively, or even better than other leading brands, then why would one choose to use products that contain unnecessary chemicals?  It just seemed like common sense.

Today, we continue to discover the latest brands, product and treatment ranges for spas, high-end retail and online too.  We are proud to say that our experience and work spans many of the UK’s most luxury spas and retail outlets.

We carefully cultivate our brands whilst maintaining the brand prestige and position – we realise niche brands need cherishing and protecting to keep their exclusivity and this is at the heart of our marketing strategy.

Our trainers are from 5* spa backgrounds having worked both within spa management as well as from a product house perspective.  With a world-wide experience of holistic therapies from Middle-Eastern Hammam and Rasul Bathing Rituals to Malaysian Bamboo Massage to the Balinese Lular as well as specialities including Cancer Massage Training.  Between us we boast the highest quality, level and specialities in training.  Our approach ensures we deliver the right training and development program to optimise each partner’s success.

Our in-house marketing expertise enables us to offer continuous marketing support with an abundance of fresh, creative ideas to suit.  We carry a ‘can-do’ attitude at every turn.

Lastly, but with equal important, we don’t underestimate the importance of logistics and getting the right products to you at the right time.  That to us is your basic business essentials and we make it our business to exceed your expectations.   We have our own warehouse to ensure we maintain stock control and this enables us to provide a fast and first-class service from order to delivery, continuing on into our excellent after-sales care.  95% orders are delivered within two working days and 100% within four working days, delivered with 99.5% error or breakage rate (despite handling mostly glass!).
